• Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance

We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except:

• To our service providers who need access to deliver our services (bound by confidentiality obligations)

9. Case Studies and Testimonials

Where a service agreement includes case study rights:

• You may request anonymisation of your company name and specific figures

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
